Content | The full implementation of the Property Management Service Ordinance (Cap. 626) is significant milestone for the housing management practitioners and the industry. This new era has brought opportunities and challenges to all. Licensed housing management practitioners have to maintain their professionalism and to take necessary steps to protect the interests of their clients as well as themselves.
