“全身伸展班”
The Hong Kong Institute of Housing has arranged an “全身伸展班” activity for members, details as below.

| Content | 透過放鬆肌肉及筋膜，舒緩痛症，並強化核心肌群及心肺功能，促進消脂，同時藉此養成運動習慣。 |
| Capacity | 20 (First-come, first served basis) |
| Fee | Free of charge for HKIH Member (but upon confirmation of reservation, HK$100 refundable seat reservation deposit for each member is required and has to be made on or before 29 November 2023); however, the deposit will be forfeited should the registered member does not show up for the activity. |
| Remarks | 請穿著舒適的運動衫褲及鞋，場地只設有女更衣室，男士可到男洗手間更換衣物。 |
Interested members please registered before 24 November 2023.
Successful registration will be confirmed via email from the HKIH Secretariat Office and please pay only after receipt of our email confirmation. Cheque deposit payment should reach the Secretariat Office by 29 November 2023.
