The Hong Kong Institute of Housing has arranged Indoor Bouldering Introduction Course抱石體驗班 for members, details as below:

| Content | 抱石攀登的高度最高約4至5米，現場有專業教練指導，即使沒有經驗的會員也可參加體驗 |

| Fee | Free of charge for HKIH Member |
| Remarks | 衣著及裝備方面，只需穿著一般運動服，攀石鞋則由會場提供 |
