Speaker | Sr Ir Dick Li is a highly experienced professional in Hong Kong’s construction and surveying sector, with over 30 years of extensive industry experience.
He holds multiple professional qualifications and memberships, including Registered Professional Surveyor (RPS), Registered Professional Construction Manager (RCM), Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (FHKIS), and memberships with MRICS, MCIOB, and MHKIE. Throughout his career, Dick has developed a broad and in-depth expertise across the construction field, with particular specialization in project management, building inspection, and water leakage diagnostics. |
