Content | This seminar explores advanced waterproofing technologies for roofs, car parks and interfloor seepage, highlighting key design, detailing and system‑selection principles. Through specialist solutions and case studies provided, participants learn how to design, specify and implement durable, high‑performance waterproofing to prevent leakage and support effective building management. |

PMSA CPD  | This is an “Official” and “Core” activity related to “Professional Practices” under the CPD Scheme of the Property Management Services Authority. Holders of a Property Management Practitioner License may receive a maximum of 1.5 CPD hours by participating in the activity/course. |
