Content

This visit offers members insights into advanced property management through BIM and MiC maintenance demonstrations. Members can explore specialized RMAA sector testing for concrete and waterproofing, ensuring quality assurance for contractor selection while fulfilling essential CPD requirements for professional development.

Pickup

A 28‑seater shuttle bus will be arranged to pick up successful members at Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station, opposite Exit A1, outside the G/F Southside Shopping Mall entrance. The pick up time is 15:00.
