Content | This session introduces the Northern Metropolis, Hong Kong’s visionary plan to create a vibrant, sustainable urban hub. Sr Vincent Cheung will examine its strategic importance, vast development potential, and the evolving role of housing managers in shaping future communities. |
Speaker | Sr Vincent Cheung, BSc(Hons), MBA, FRICS, MHKIS, RPS(GP), MHKSI, MISCM, MCIREA, is Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators, Managing Director of Vincorn Consulting and Appraisal Limited, with over 27 years of experience in real estate and asset valuation across Asia. Formerly Deputy Managing Director at Colliers International, he has led major advisory projects in development, M&A, ESG, and corporate restructuring. A Fellow of RICS and Registered Professional Surveyor in Hong Kong, he also holds multiple regional qualifications. Sr Cheung is a respected thought leader and frequent media commentator on property markets, known for his strategic insights and contributions to industry development. |
