Barbecue Gathering for HKIH Members 2025
The Hong Kong Institute of Housing is organizing a BBQ event for members on 28.3.2026 (Sat). The event is exclusively for HKIH Members and their family members with the following details:

Fee: | HKIH Members: Free of charge (but upon confirmation of reservation, HK$200 refundable seat reservation deposit for each HKIH Member is required and has to be made on or before 3 March 2026); however, the deposit will be forfeited should the registered Member does not show up for the event.
Family of HKIH Members: A fee of HK$150 per family member, for up to a maximum of 3, will be charged. Payment has to be made on or before3 March 2026.
Remarks: Successful registration will be confirmed via an email from the HKIH Secretariat. Please pay only after receipt of our email confirmation. TWO separate cheques for the refundable deposit and the fee for family member(s) are required. |

Other available transportation & carpark: | Free shuttle bus arranged by HKIH at 烏溪沙站B出口will be on first-come, first-served basis.

Remarks
In case of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal being hoisted between 8 am and 1 pm on the day of event, HKIH may cancel or postpone the barbecue event. Announcement will be made on HKIH website at www.housing.org.hk .
