A Visit to Chengdu, PRC

The Hong Kong Institute of Housing (“HKIH”) is planning a visit to Chengdu, PRC which is a good opportunity to explore more connection and collaboration with mainland China as well as to exchange knowledge on the trend of property management of various iconic development projects in Chengdu. Please refer to the details as follows:
Date: | 6 May 2026 (Wednesday) to 10 May 2026 (Sunday) (5-day trip) | ||
Destination: | Chengdu, PRC - To visit various iconic development projects in Chengdu and some main tourist attraction points.

Tentative Itinerary: | Please refer to the itinerary for reference (Appendix), the itinerary is subject to change if situation required.

Fees: | Tour Fee is HK$6,000 per person for sharing room, however, HKIH will sponsor HK$1,500 per person, so each participant will only have to pay a net tour fee of HK$4,500 per person for sharing room.
Once the visit is confirmed, you will be informed by HKIH via email. Participants will be notified of paying the tour fee in due course.
HKIH has the absolute right to claim back from members any forfeited sum due to your personal changes.
Participants are advised to arrange your own travel insurance with a coverage where you think appropriate though minimal coverage is included in the tour package. | ||
