The Hong Kong Institute of Housing (“HKIH”) has arranged a visit to Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park. Please refer to the details as follows:

Content

Located at the Lok Ma Chau Loop in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park was developed as a key base for cooperation in scientific research, as well as providing relevant higher education, cultural and creative industries, and other complementary facilities, with a view to attracting top-tier enterprises, R&D institutions and higher education institutes from local, the Mainland and worldwide, opening up unprecedented space and exciting opportunities for the development of I&T in Hong Kong 

Point of assembly & Dismissal

Transportation will be arranged for the visit

Assembly Time and Location: 1330 at Kowloon Tong MTR Station

Dismissal Time and Location: 1730 at Kowloon Tong MTR Station

This is an “Official” and “Core” activity related to “Professional Practices” under the CPD Scheme of the Property Management Services Authority.  Holders of a Property Management Practitioner License may receive a maximum of 3 CPD hours by participating in the activity/course.
