The Hong Kong Institute of Housing has arranged a visit to the ICAC, coupled with a training workshop on the captioned subject. This event is open to HKIH members and PMSA licensees, with details provided below:

| Max. Capacity | This requires participating members to be present in person. A maximum of 70 people is allowed to participate, with priority given to members of the HKIH. |
HKIH CPD | 2 CPD Units (Education and Training) |
PMSA CPD  | This is an “Official” and “Core” activity related to “Professional Practices” under the CPD Scheme of the Property Management Services Authority. Holders of Property Management Practitioner Licence may receive a maximum of 2 CPD hours by participating in the activity/ course. |
