We are delighted to announce that the Building Surveyor Accreditation Plus (BSA+) is now open for nomination! 

Building Surveyor Accreditation Plus (BSA+) scheme is the new brand established under Building Surveyor Award (BSA) in its 10^th Anniversary this year. Under this accreditation scheme, we are going to recognize buildings or premises that exemplify excellence in meeting the rigorous building criteria and prioritising end-user experience. 

We have five nomination categories: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Recreational, and we accept the nomination by owners, occupants or management agents of any new or existing buildings or premises in Hong Kong. If you would like to showcase your outstanding contributions in prioritizing the end-users' enjoyment and to demonstrate the model of the building type for the expression of excellence to the public, BSA+ shall be your choice. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this prestigious event!

Key Dates of BSA+: 
Early-bird Nomination deadline:   25 July 2025 (Friday) 12:00 nn
Nomination and Document Submission deadline:  15 August 2025 (Friday) 12:00 nn

Good News! Entry for the BSA 2025 under New Development Category; A&A, Conversion and Fit-out Category and Maintenance & Rehabilitation Category shall get the fee exemption for joining the BSA⁺. If you would like to enrol both BSA and BSA+, please remember to submit your BSA nomination form by 25 July 2025 (Friday) 12:00 nn.
