[邀請參與] 「應用無人機及人工智能（AI）進行樓宇外牆檢查的簡介」網上研討

外牆檢測是樓宇維修保養不可或缺的一部分，當中涉及相關的工程人員作高空工作及人手檢測。隨着創新科技應用範疇日益廣泛，屋宇署近年引入無人機配合人工智能技術，進行樓宇外牆的勘察工作，令檢測工作更安全、更有效率。

建造業議會聯同屋宇署於2025年9月4日合辦網上研討會，講解如何使用無人機檢驗外牆，及利用人工智能分析樓宇外牆缺陷並自動生成檢測報告。屋宇署的代表亦會分享操作無人機的實務經驗及挑戰，以推動樓宇維修保養及物業管理業界引入相關的技術，提升樓宇管理的效率。

[Invitation] Webinar on Introduction on Utilising Drones and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Building External Wall Inspection

External wall inspection is an essential part for building maintenance which involves technical personnel working at height with manual inspections. With the growing adoption of innovative technologies, the Buildings Department has adopted drone technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to conduct building façade inspections in recent years, making the inspection process safer and more efficient.

The Construction Industry Council (CIC) collaborates with the Buildings Department to organise a webinar on 4 September for introducing how drone technology can be adopted for building façade inspections as well as how AI can be applied for defects analysis and reports generation automatically. Representatives from the Buildings Department will also share practical experiences and challenges in operating drones, with the aim of promoting technology adoption in the building maintenance and property management sectors so as to enhance the efficiency of building management.
