 The 2026 edition of our Conference, themed “Redefine Productivity Frontiers” will address the critical challenges currently facing the local construction industry, including an ageing workforce, manpower shortages, and the increasing difficulty in attracting next-generation talent. Despite advancements in technology, many medium and small-sized enterprises continue to struggle with resource limitations, preventing them from fully leveraging these innovations. This year’s Conference will focus on overcoming these barriers and identifying transformative strategies to drive the industry toward greater efficiency, sustainability, and growth.
