Jointly organised by HKUST and HKUST (GZ), the "Two-City Conference: Building Sustainable Cities: Northern Metropolis Development" is now officially open for registration.
The conference serves as a part of the 35th Anniversary celebrations of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. It is a high-level, cross-border initiative that will convene over 200 government leaders, industry experts, corporate executives, and academics from across the Greater Bay Area (GBA). We are privileged to have Ms. Bernadette Linn, JP, Secretary for Development of the HKSAR Government, as our Guest of Honour to deliver a Keynote Speech at our opening ceremony.
Under the central theme of "Northern Metropolis Development," the conference serves as a strategic platform to unite the GBA audience and drive collaborative dialogue on smart and sustainable urban planning. Industry experts and senior government officials will delve into critical urban innovations, including northern metropolis planning and smart cities development with AI applications, the low-altitude economy, and low-carbon construction.
