Introduction

Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing are invited to an exclusive visit to Blissful Place, the third “lease for life” senior citizen residential project developed by the Housing Society. This visit offers a unique opportunity to explore innovative housing solutions tailored for senior residents, exemplifying excellence in design, functionality, and community well-being. 

Blissful Place showcases state-of-the-art facilities, barrier-free designs, and community-centric spaces that prioritize the physical and emotional needs of elderly residents. Participants will gain insights into cutting-edge architectural practices and management strategies that enhance quality of life for seniors, while promoting sustainability and inclusivity. 

Among numerous awards received, the Blissful Place is also the Winner of Quality Building Awards 2024.
