Details

Cutting costs is a critical aspect of any successful business in today's ever-changing economic climate. This is especially true in the case of building operations and housing management, where the costs of maintaining and operating a building can be substantial. However, with the right approach, building quality and cost can be maintained equally well. 

At present, a process called retro-commissioning (RCx) has been in use, which involves digging into the performance of building services to identify areas for improvement. By analyzing data on energy usage, equipment performance, and other factors, Building Services Operation and Maintenance Executives can identify inefficiencies and make targeted upgrades or repairs to reduce costs.

Apart from RCx, Housing Managers have been using various tools to identify areas for improvement of buildings and implement strategies to maintain building quality. 

In this seminar, we will explore the various tools and measures in building performance management and provide practical tips for building and housing managers to achieve the goals.
