Housing managers are responsible for managing and maintaining properties that are entrusted with funds and resources owned by building owners, and they have a duty to ensure that these resources are used effectively and ethically.

Therefore, housing managers must equip with the knowledge and skills they need to fulfill their responsibilities in an ethical and responsible manner, while also upholding the trust and confidence placed in them by building owners and customers. With the full implementation of the Property Management Services Ordinance in August 2023 and the Code of Practice to be followed up by licensees of the Authority, setting up and maintaining the integrity management system within the business environment has become more important than ever.

In this webinar, Mr. Ng from the Community Relations Department of the ICAC, will share with members about the perspective and skills that are needed to uphold the integrity framework in their duty and work.
