Quantity Surveying Division (QSD) of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) is organizing a conference with the theme of “Navigating ‘3Cs Role in QS’ in the New Era: Cost Management, Chance and Collaboration”, which aims to bring together government officials, business leaders, industrial practitioners and academia from the industry to share their insights and best practices of Quantity Surveying.  The conference will address the challenges and seize the opportunities emerging in the industry, in line with the HKSAR Government’s development strategy.
